Aquatism is a tier three technology that unlocks the Water Temple and grants a defence bonus to friendly units on water and ocean tiles.
Polarism[]
Polaris has the Polarism technology instead of Aquatism. Polarism unlocks the Ice Temple and the Glide ability, which gives all non-skating units an extra move when moving on ice.
