Aquaculture is a tier two technology that unlocks the Rammer.
Before Path of The Ocean[]
Prior to the Path of The Ocean update, Aquaculture was known as Whaling and unlocked the Whale Hunting ability, allowing players to hunt whales for 10 stars. It was removed along with Whales, and the current analogue of this feature is the Starfish. In the Path of the Ocean update, Aquaculture also unlocked the Aqua Farm building, which could be created from an Aqua Crop resource for 5 stars. Both Aqua Crops and Aqua Farms have since been removed in the Patch of the Ocean update.
∑∫ỹriȱŋ had the Water Magic technology instead of Whaling. Water Magic unlocked the Enchant ability, which allowed ∑∫ỹriȱŋ to enchant a whale into a powerful Navalon unit at a cost of five stars, instead of Whale Hunting. Water Magic was completely removed, and the tribe now also has Aquaculture. Consequently, Navalons are no longer in the game.
