Ramming is a tier two technology that unlocks the Rammer.
The Whaling technology held the place in the technology tree that Aquaculture currently does. In the Path of the Ocean update, the technology was modified to bear the name "Aquaculture" for all tribes, unlocking the Rammer and the Aqua Farm. In the Patch of the Ocean update, the Aqua Farm was removed, but Aquaculture retained its name. As part of the Aquarion rework, Aquaculture received its current name of Ramming; Aquarion's modified technology retained the name "Aquaculture" due to unlocking the Aqua Farm in place of the Rammer.

Aquarion has the Aquaculture technology instead of Ramming. Aquaculture unlocks the Aqua Farm.
Ice Fishing[]

Polaris has the Ice Fishing technology instead of Ramming. It unlocks the fishing action, which gives a city one population.
