Warrior Info

The information box for a Warrior, showing its unit skills (dash and fortify).

General Skills

Skill Description Units
Carry Allows a unit to carry another unit inside. A unit with the carry skill can move to a land tile adjacent to water, but doing so turns it into the unit it was carrying and ends the unit's turn.
Convert Allows a unit to convert an enemy unit into a friendly unit by attacking it.
Crush Allows a unit to destroy any building it moves onto.
Dash Allows a unit to attack after moving in the same turn.
Escape Allows a unit to move (or move again) after attacking.
  • Rider
  • Amphibian
  • Tridention
  • Crab
  • Baby Dragon
  • Battle Sled
  • Hexapod
Float Allows a unit to move on water. Navigation or Free Diving must be researched to travel on ocean tiles if the unit does not have the navigate skill.
  • Boat
  • Ship
  • Battleship
  • Navalon
  • Raychi
Fortify Allows a unit to receive a defence bonus in cities.
  • Warrior
  • Archer

  • Rider

  • Knight
  • Amphibian
  • Tridention
  • Polytaur
  • Ice Archer
Heal Grants a unit the Heal Others unit ability, which heals all adjacent friendly units by up to 4 HP.
  • Mind Bender
Persist Allows a unit to attack again immediately after killing an enemy unit. There is no limit on the number of enemy units that can be killed in a single turn.
  • Knight
  • Navalon
Scout Allows a unit to explore a 5x5 area instead of the standard 3x3 area.

Skills Unique to Special Tribes

Skill Tribe Description Units
Grow Allows a unit to change into a different unit after a given number of turns.
  • Dragon Egg
  • Baby Dragon
Auto Freeze Allows a unit to automatically freeze adjacent enemy units and freeze adjacent water tiles into ice tiles as it moves.
Freeze Allows a unit to freeze enemy units it attacks.
  • Ice Archer
Freeze Area Grants a unit the Freeze Area unit ability, which freezes adjacent enemy units, freezes adjacent water tiles into ice tiles, and converts adjacent land tiles into Polaris land.
Skate Doubles movement on ice but limits movement to one and bars the use of the dash and escape skills on land.
  • Mooni
  • Battle Sled
  • Ice Fortress
Boost Grants a unit the Boost unit ability, which boosts all adjacent friendly units, increasing their attack by 0.5 and movement by 1 until their next action (excluding moving).
  • Shaman
Creep Allows a unit to ignore movement barriers imposed by mountains, forests, Fungi, and Algae.
  • Hexapod
  • Raychi
  • Doomux
  • Centipede
  • Segment
Eat Allows a unit to grow in length for every kill it gets.
  • Centipede
Explode Grants a unit the Explode unit ability, which kills the unit while damaging and poisoning all adjacent enemy units. This damage is equivalent to half the unit's current health, rounded down (A 20hp unit will deal 10 damage, a 15 hp unit will deal 7). This damage ignores any defence bonuses, such as walls. This also leaves spores (on land) or Algae (in water) in its place.
  • Doomux
  • Raychi
  • Segment
Poison Allows a unit to poison enemy units it attacks. Poison reduces defence to 80%, reduces healing by 50%, prevents the unit from receiving any defence bonus, and causes the unit to drop spores (on land) or Algae (in water) upon death. Poison can be removed by self-healing to maximum health, a Mind Bender, or a Mycelium.
Sneak Allows a unit to ignore movement barriers imposed enemy units.
  • Hexapod
  • Scout (removed)
Fly
  • ∑∫ỹriȱŋ
  • Cymanti
Allows a unit to ignore all movement barriers imposed by terrain but prohibits the unit from using roads.
  • Baby Dragon
  • Fire Dragon
  • Phychi
Independent Units with this skill do not take up a population slot in or belong to any city.
  • Polytaur
  • Segment
  • Nature Bunny
Splash Allows a unit to damage enemy units adjacent to the targeted unit.
  • Fire Dragon: Half damage, rounded down
  • Exida: Poison
Navigate Allows a unit to move in ocean even if the prerequisite technologies are not researched. Units with the navigate skill cannot move to land tiles, except for capturing cities and villages.
  • Navalon
  • Raychi
